Click on the link and you will be taken to my dissertation as it was microfiched by the National Library of Canada many, many years ago now.  I’m still proud of my dissertation and I believe it’s still relevant, not only because I comment on misinterpretations of Innis’ work but also because I think he was onto something and that something has yet to be fully digested by current scholarship.
